  1. Complete the Application Form:
    • Fill out all required fields marked with an asterisk (*), including personal information, category selection, and professional details.
    • Provide clear and concise information to ensure the review committee understands your qualifications and contributions.
  2. Prepare Your Resume/CV:
    • Upload your most current resume or curriculum vitae (CV).
    • Ensure it highlights relevant experience, achievements, and publications related to the award category.
    • The file must be in one of the accepted formats (PDF, DOCX, DOC) and should not exceed 3 MB in size.
  3. Research Presentation Requirement:
    • If applying for the Research Awards, be prepared to present your research findings at the Researcher Forum. Confirm the date and requirements for this presentation once your application is accepted.
  4. Provide Webpage Links (Optional):
    • If you have additional online profiles or resources, include links to your personal website, academic profiles (e.g., Scopus, Google Scholar), ResearchGate, ORCID, blogs, YouTube videos, or social media pages that showcase your research work.
    • Ensure the links are active and direct to the correct pages.
  5. Review Your Application:
    • Double-check all entered information for accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure that your uploaded documents are correctly formatted and legible.
  6. Submit the Application:
    • After confirming that all sections are complete and accurate, click the "Submit" button (or equivalent) on the application form.
    • You may receive a confirmation email upon successful submission. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam/junk folder or recheck your submission.
